Gate No. 9 (King Saud Gate)

The gates of the Prophet's Mosque have been numbered during the modern expansion periods carried out by Saudi Arabia. This gate, named King Saud Gate, is one of the main gates used by the believers to enter the mosque. The gate numbering system was created to facilitate the regular entry of millions of visitors to the mosque, especially during the Hajj and Umrah seasons.
