Gate No. 37-H (Makkah Gate)

The doors of the Prophet's Mosque have been systematically numbered during the modern expansion periods. Each door is named after either a historical companion, a caliph, or a Saudi ruler. The Makkah Gate is named in reference to Makkah, the first and most sacred city of Islam where the Sacred Mosque is located.
